At Dare To Glow, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

We do not issue direct refunds immediately.

Our first solution will be a free exchange after discussion with the customer.

If an exchange is not possible, an alternative solution will be discussed.

Change of Mind

If the customer wishes to exchange a product due to change of mind (wrong item selected, personal preference, etc.):

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

The customer must bear both return and re-delivery charges.
